Kickboxing

Striking is far more than a punch. It's a combination of proper stance, footwork, and form. Strike training teaches timing, hand-to hand combat skills, self-defense, and helps develop acute muscle memory.

Wrestling

Wrestling is a hand-to-hand combat style that relies on gripping or grabbing an opponent to take them down to the ground and maintain control. It is based on throws, trips, sweeps, clinch fighting, pins, and counters.
